30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging with the seal intact

You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hey@ascndwellness.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hey@ascndwellness.com so we can assess the issue and make it right at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used strips
  • Items not in their original sealed packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards

This is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers. If you have a question about your specific order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return your original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. Contact us at hey@ascndwellness.com to get the process started.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hey@ascndwellness.com.


Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
