Welcome to ASCND Wellness. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ASCND Wellness. ASCND Wellness operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). ASCND Wellness is powered by Shopify.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. ASCND Wellness reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an acceptance confirmation from us. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting — we may be unable to cancel an order once it has been accepted. If we decline or cancel your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Products are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping charges. ASCND Wellness is not currently registered for GST. Prices displayed are GST-exclusive and no GST is charged on your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honoured.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched and transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

All content on our Services including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video and audio is owned by ASCND Wellness or its licensors and is protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws. ASCND Wellness is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with ASCND Wellness. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ASCND Wellness, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products.

All personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
