Overview
All ASCND products are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the United States via FedEx International. We currently ship exclusively to Australian addresses.
Processing and Fulfilment Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and quality checked before it is dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes to Australia
Once dispatched, delivery to Australia typically takes 3–5 business days via FedEx International.

Customs and Import
All orders are shipped from the United States under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means any applicable Australian customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. In practice, personal-use wellness orders of this size are rarely subject to customs charges in Australia, however we cannot guarantee this.
Delays
While FedEx typically delivers within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance. These delays are outside our control. We recommend using your FedEx tracking number to monitor your order in real time at fedex.com.
Order Cancellations and Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us at hey@ascndwellness.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been accepted into our fulfilment process it cannot be edited or cancelled.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within 15 business days of your order confirmation, contact us immediately at hey@ascndwellness.com with your order number and a photo of any damage so we can make it right.
